Show Your Colours Campaign
Celebrating Kids' Creativity with Elmer Backpacks
This summer, we reached out to local primary schools to invite their students to join our 'Show Your Colours' campaign. Inspired by everyone’s favourite patchwork elephant, our goal was simple: to encourage creativity, celebrate individuality, and give kids a fun platform to express their true selves, just like Elmer!
Just as Elmer stands out with his vibrant, one-of-a-kind patchwork, we wanted to remind young creators that being different is what makes us special. We challenged students to swap rules for imagination and colour in their very own Elmer masterpiece, showing us exactly what ‘showing your colours’ means to them.
To say we were blown away by the response would be an understatement! From bold pattern clashes and rainbow designs to bright, imaginative colouring, the talent across our local schools exceeded everything we imagined. Every single picture brought its own unique story and brightness.
Choosing just a few was nearly impossible, but here is a sneak peek at some of the fun, colourful, and amazing artwork created by our talented young participants:
Celebrating Our Lucky Elmer Backpack Winners!
With so much incredible effort on display, picking the top creations was no easy task! Each participating school had the tough job of judging the entries and selecting a few lucky winners to receive their very own free Elmer Backpack - the ultimate bright kids' school bag to wear proudly on their everyday adventures.
Thank You to Our Local Schools & Young Creators
A huge thank you to the teachers, parents and schools who helped bring this campaign to life in the classroom and an even bigger congratulations to every student who took part. You brought the spirit of Elmer to life in the most inspiring way possible.
At Elmer Backpacks, we believe carrying your individuality should happen every day, whether on your back with a vibrant nursery/school bag or through your art.
Keep creating, keep standing out and always remember to show your true colours!
