Returns Policy

We hope you love your Elmer backpack. However, if you need to return an item, you may do so within 28 days of purchase.

Items must be unused and in their original condition, with original packaging where possible.

To return your item:

• Place the backpack back in its original packaging
• Pack it securely in an outer bag or box to protect it in transit
• Include your name and order number inside the parcel

Please email us at hello@fresh-milk.net before sending your return. We will confirm the return details and provide the correct return address.

Once your item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.
